What is SEM/PPC?

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is a form of Internet marketing that involves the promotion of products or brand websites or by increasing their visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) through paid optimization and advertising. SEM involves things such as search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research, competitive analysis, paid listings and other search engines services that will increase search engine result pages traffic to your site.

Search Marketing Encompasses:

  • SEO: Earning traffic through unpaid or free listings.
  • SEM/PPC: Buying traffic through paid search listings.
